Hello ive been streaming lately and ive got 13/15 mb download speed and 2.5/3 mb upload speed. Ive got my Max Bitrate and Buffersize set to 1000 because its the only way I can stream and dont get lag. If I stream with 1500/2000 suddenly (2 minutes into the stream) starts lagging and I get 600/800 ping and it doesnt go down. I should be able to stream with 2000 bitrate with no problems. As soon as I turn the stream off my internet goes back to normal , im guessing it bottlenecks my upload speed and almost crashes but I dont know the reason. Thanks for the help

The reason is your ISP (Internet Service Provider), and the general issues with streaming over the internet. For the latter, the general rule is to have 2x your streaming bandwidth in available bandwidth (e.g. you're streaming at 1000kbps, so your upload should be at least 2000kbps... assuming you have nothing else using your internet connection at the time you stream; you want to stream at 2000kbps so your upload should be 4000kbps, etc.). One can get away with less of course (it's just a general rule), but one should never use more then 75%.

As to the former (your ISP) you can contact them, but you don't really have enough bandwidth to safely stream at the bitrates you want to, so complaining to them would really be a waste of time.
