Question / Help Obs Streaming Settings

Hi, I was trying to stream to Youtube but on the viewers point of view the quality is really bad and it always keeps on buffering.

I looked at the link you sent me and I tried most of the solutions, I tried streaming again but the video is very jumpy (stop motion like) when other people are watching it live.

NEVERMIND! I fixed it! I Just had to change the process priority to high instead of normal, Thanks for the help though. :)
