Question / Help OBS streaming on dell XPS Laptop

Hello OBS users

I am having trouble trying to stream with OBS and keep getting this error (The file attatched is a picture of the Error message I keep getting . Here is a list of my equipment.

Dell XPS L502X
i5-2410M CPU @2.30 GHz
4GB ram (should be upgrading to 8 )
Nvidia Geforce GT540M Graphics card
DirectX 11
64 bit operating system (windows)

Just wanted to list as much as I think is relevent sorry if its not

Follow the instructions here to run OBS on your dedicated GPU rather than your integrated GPU, which doesn't worth with OBS: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5965
