OBS Streaming. I can't hear myself but I can hear everything else

When I stream on OBS it can pick up all game audio and voice audio from friends but OBS isn't picking up my microphone. would someone be able to assist me on this please

Is this an input problem or an output problem? Those are two different things.
OBS not seeing the mic at all is an input problem. You not hearing it is an output problem.
