OBS Streaming Bitrate Randomly goes to 0kb/s - freezes on "Stopping Stream..."

Hi all,

I'm using OBS to encode an IP camera stream with additional information and facts pertinent to the subject matter. The stream runs smoothly for 2-8 hours but eventually stops sending data to YouTube (lower right indicator is stuck at 0kb/s). OBS, however, is still encoding a stream even though it isn't being sent out.

When I try to click "Stop Streaming" button, it attempts to stop the stream but freezes up (the rest of the OBS app still responds). Force quitting OBS through task manager is the only way to get a stream to restart.

TESTED ON MULTIPLE NETWORKS AND MULTIPLE ISPs.

See attached for log file.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

Problem appears to be solved. The dynamic bitrate adjustment checkbox under Advanced>Network was checked for me and needed to be unchecked.
