I'm attempting to stream a church service to our website and/or Facebook Live.
I've connected my Blackmagic ATEM production switcher to the streaming computer via USB3. After setting up my source in OBS Studio, I have quality embedded audio levels in the mixer. I have also followed the Facebook Live recommended audio specifications (48 khz, 128 kbps) in the settings window.
However, once I stream to Facebook Live or our website, the audio is incredibly low and distorted. I've also noticed that even when my computer volume is turned all the way up (including all sources in Windows audio mixer) the monitor feed out of OBS is very quiet.
I've read other threads that discuss adding a gain filter, but my levels are correct. Therefore, I don't think this is going to fix my issue and will certainly decrease the audio quality.
