OBS Streaming and out of nowhere Live goes down and attempts to reconnect / bitrate gets unstable while doing so

So basically i stream casually and for some time now i have been having issues, as im streaming some times my OBS Disconnects like it lost Ethernet Connection while im still connected to it, and playing games and on calls with friends, sometimes the bitrate just drops and the Connection status goes red. I have around 900 Down and 100 Up, i dont know whats causing this.
Router has been changed, ethernet cabble is fine, pc is also good.

A log file from the moment OBS crashed is needed too.
From the crash report you can tell the issue happened because of a custom dock or a browser source.

Well for my last stream i cant find anything but my last 2 i do have some files here, its from streams i did and also had the same issue i explained earlier.

This is my last 7 days on twitch inspector and as you can see im going through some issues, and what matters from this i would assume would be Mar 21 and Mar 22, 2 streams i did and went through the same problem, i also have some files related to this day on the Logs and ill attach.

Im not sure if its this but yea.

Thank you!!!

The log file from the moment the issue happened isn't all the files. Just one.
Anyway, update your GPU driver.
Make sure the plugins are compatible with the version of OBS you're using. StreamDeck also have updates.
You have network issues. It could be the network adapter, the network driver, the network cable, the router/modem, or anywhere on the ISP network. If you used any network optimization software, please undo the changes and don't run it again.

You can use this app to check the quality of the connection against Twitch servers:
Anything bellow 90 quality is bad and most probably an issue on the ISP.

not sure if this is important information but while it disconnects etc i still have ethernet access, im playing games fine and on discord etc, i did contact my ISP since i was having issues with the ethernet but it got fixed, they changed my router to the newest one and without obs only having issues the rest is fine. i guess ill contact my ISP to check the network or something

Different protocol. Streaming uses RTMP protocol which ISPs don't usually check unless you mention it specifically and the support person know what it is.

You didn't perform the Twitch test. Please do and copy here an screenshot of the results.
You neither confirmed if you used any kind of network optimization software.
Make sure the network driver is updated. You must check on the motherboard vendor site for updates.

For most uses you don't need advanced output at all. You can safely stay on simple output. The best way on this case is to remove any change you have done on the advanced output tab, then change to simple mode, now run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Restart OBS. Done.
Test it

Here´s the Twitch test, so far from what i can understand the best ones that at least from this test are -> France Paris 2, Germany Frankfurt 2, Europe Madrid 1 and 2 since they are the highest in quality terms, ill try using a different one since my obs on automatic connects to Madrid 1 and 2.
i dont use any network optimizer software and everything is up to date.

Also contacted my ISP, explained everything and they restarted my router, then recommended me to call the IT Line from the ISP or something like that but its a paid call, 0,45 EUR per minute LMAO, this will take ages for me
