Question / Help OBS + Streamdeck in Studio mode

OK that's weird....

I am connected with an Elgato HD60 S
I have a EOS R as a cam with my mic into the DSLR.
When I change scene, my audio eventually goes out of sync *IF* I am in NOT in studio mode.
Quick fix: I use studio mode now
New problem:
I use the stream deck app for iPhone. If I am NOT in studio mode, I can switch scenes and make sources hidden or not.
But if I am in studio mode, it will toggle the source on or off ONLY in the preview. To push it to the live stream, I NEED to push the transition button. I can make a shortcut for it in streamdeck, but it will only work IF the OBS window is active. If I am in another window, for instance on my browser to show something to my viewers, then the shortcut for my transition is made to the active window, not to OBS. I know I WILL forget to switch to the OBS window eventually.
Some of my ideas:
1) using a multi-action to switch to OBS before doing the transition shortcut //// no such thing as switch window
2) forcing an action to be made on a specific app, not the open window /// seems not possible?
3) adding CMD-TAB to multi-action to switch to OBS before doing the transition shortcut /// impossible to do

Any idea?

Not sure if this got solved, but in your OBS hotkeys set up "transition" with a hotkey
2. on streamdeck program a hotkey that executes the transition hotkey you set up in obs
3. press your next scene on obs on your streamdeck, this puts into the preview window, then press the new transition hotkey on your streamdeck and it will make the scene live.
