Question / Help OBS stream to Twitch is very Laggy

I haven't had this problem before, so this is a first, and after researching this I've come to the forums for help.
Audio works fine, but the video output is terrible. In the preview image the stream looks to be captured and running smooth, but the actual stream itself is laggy.

Here's an example link: https://www.twitch.tv/dadmanstormman/v/94422113

I haven't changed my OBS settings from the start, so I don't know what's going on. If anyone can help me out, please do. Thank you.

Edit: Updated to most recent log, using OBS Studio 10/13/16

I am using OBS Studio. and I'm not streaming at 10bit. Perhaps the log is wrong.

I haven't messed with any of the settings since I began streaming. So this problem is out of the blue.

UPDATE:

Log is the most recent, using OBS Studio, please help me solve this.

Your internet connection can't keep up with your settings.

Use the Twitch Bandwidth Test to find the best Twitch server to stream to. You can also click the Share Result button to upload a screenshot to Imgur, which can then be copied and pasted here. Get TwitchTest from http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester

Okay... now that we know what your connection is capable of, we need a clean log with your current settings.

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

I don't understand how it can be my internet, considering I get almost 90mbs DL, and around 6mbs UL.
And as I stated in the initial post. This hasn't happened to me before. This lag is from nowhere. I started Streaming in early September, and it's been working great until now. I haven't changed anything to cause this, so I really don't know what to do.

Your Internet connection is far more involved than just the things in your residence. Beyond your network adapter(s), drivers, modem, router/switch, and cables are all of the cables and hardware outside your residence between you and your ISP. And then there's all of the same stuff all over again between your ISP and whatever service you're trying to reach.

In short, just because you haven't changed anything, doesn't mean your Internet connection hasn't changed.

That aside, if I recall correctly, OBS Studio uses a TCP Window Size of 64k. It doesn't yet have the various network features that OBS Classic has. Try running the Twitch Bandwith Test tool (newly updated to version 1.3) using a Medium Test Duration for your region with a 64k TCP Window Size, and post a screenshot of the results here.

DadManStormMan,

I have been having the same issues since the hurricane came through. It did not hit my area, but even since then, I have been experiencing the EXACT same issue. I have tested the bandwidth, and my speeds are looking great 120D/20U, but the twitch test tool reports that I have gone from 10K+ to Dallas and a few others down to 2K or less, all with qualities of 0.

I'm thinking that some routes are all F'ed up, and since we, as end users, will never be able to talk with someone intelligent enough to know how to investigate, we are just SOL.
