OBS stream to FBLive Interruptions

I used to stream to both FB and You Tube simultaneously without any interruptions. For the past 2 months however, I've been experiencing random interruptions (I only stream to FM now) Hope the below link to the log is correct/successful.

That log didn't include a recording or streaming session (so can't see if encoding/rendering lag, or network dropped frames)
Facebook has been making changes... so good luck
That I will say, over last 12+ months, the only time I had livestream problems it was a local PC (not OBS) issue [new, more powerful PC without excessive corporate security software, and all is well]

Thank you Lawrence, for the response. I just tagged the last log (I am technologically challenged with these things) I copied another log, perhaps this will illustrate the problem better?

You using WiFi? first troubleshooting step.. use a wired connection... way to many possible WiFi interference possibilities to even begin to list here. Hopefully that isn't your issue, but start troubleshooting by using a wired Ethernet connection
