Bug Report OBS Stream stuttering/Freezing

Hey Guys.

I regular stream on Twitch and today I started up OBS and all my apps like normal. Stream was going fun until OBS began to stutter and freezing. My CPU usage was only at 55% so I wasn't using all my CPU. However I did turn off HBAO+ in game settings which helped a small bit.

Specs

i7 4790k OC 4.5 Ghz
GTX 970 G1
MSI Gaming 5
Corsair Vengeance

How do I collect a log file so I can upload it ?

I just tried previewing a game in OBS. The game was running at top FPS but obs Was freezing and stuttering. I have attached my log file

Bump.. This is completely preventing me from recording at the moment too

So, for me it seems to be the webcam that is creating issues... try it out
