hi guys im new to streaming and i was wondering what is the best stream settings for this computer setup.

Memory : 8 Gb corsair vengeance
GPU : Amd Radeon HD 4890 upgrading it soon to Asus GeForce GTX 760 DCII OC,2GB
OS : Windows 8.1

the games i try to stream are World of warcraft and League of legends.
would be nice if somone could help me out since i dont have alot of EXP with streaming and settings and stuff.
