Question / Help OBS Stream/Recording Blurry @ Max settings

Hello for some reason my stream looks blurry when I move around a lot when I move. I think I did something wrong in my settings. I copied what the estimator suggested me to use.

drop to 30 fps is why it looks unclear as the bit rate you would need to double it unless you partnerd with twitch you wont get teh badwith to do 6000-7000 bit rate

and as he mentioned in his title stream/recording :P he might been playing around with some sort of wrong recording settings
