Hello,

Lately I decided to stream league of legends but I have a problem. While playing and streamowania have large spikes ping from 40 to 90 (normal ping for me is 36-40). To stream settings I used the "estimator" but it did not help ... I'm using bitrate and buffer size 1600, downscale to 720p and not enabled cbr and cfr, fps 25. Help me find the best setting for me. :)

My specs: CPU - AMD FX 6100 Six Core 3.10 GHz , 8 GB RAM, GPU - Gigabyte Radeon HD6850 1GB
In League of legends i'm using : 1920x1080 and low graphics + uncapped fps

By looking at the log, it shows you are streaming at 1600kbps with the same buffer. Some ISP(Internet service providers) will throttle your internet if you are using too much. Where I live if I use over 75% of my upload bandwidth, I get throttled and my ping jumps to 999. That could be one explanation.

Another is that just the act of streaming will increase your ping by a certain amount, as more packets are flowing out than in.

Either way, I would set your bit rate lower, maybe to 1000, and see if it still happens.

Use CBR. If you still have bad ping, try "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings. If you still have bad ping, start lowering bitrate until it stops.

Probably going to have to drop your bitrate. League is very "bandwidth-jealous", and will pingspike quite easily if something else is using a good portion of your upstream (such as livestreaming).
