Question / Help OBS stream looks grainy with high bitrate?

I've been trying to get OBS to stream to YouTube at 1080p 30fps, but what ever I do to try and make it look good it always comes out grainy.

I have also tried using the streaming option in Radeon Relive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TllPyd466b4&feature=youtu.be

my settings:
1080P
30FPS
Bitrate 5000
x264
CPU very fast

I have tried different bitrates and they all look the same.
I have also tried using streamlabs with the same result?

My PC specs:
ryzen 3 3200g overclocked to 4GHz
Asus Radeon RX580 8gb vram
8gb ram

Change your x264 preset from very fast to something not as fast.
