Question / Help OBS stream lagging and some stutter

I get a constant lag on my stream. But I am not experiencing any lag in game or on the OBS preview.

I have no idea how to fix this. I thought I was buying a good enough computer to stream, but now Im not so sure.

I did notice in the log that it says there are 56 memory leaks in the log, which seems like a lot. And the number of lagged frames being at 6% seems bad as well.

So apparently after messing around with it, I dont get as many fps drops on my stream at 1080p, 60 fps, 3500 bitrate. But now my stream is gritty.

So changing the encoder from x264 to hardware seems to have fixed all my issues.
