so I've heard from my friends, and from me watching my own stream that i get pretty intense stream lag, i've tried lowering the bitrate, changing video settings, and changing ingame settings yet my friends which i know have decent internet are still facing lag. the thing is the lag only kicks up when there's lots of movement on the screen. in r6 the stream is fine in menus, or while i'm walking around, but starts to get crazy when i get into gunfights. if anyone has any thoughts on this much help would be appreciate.
