Question / Help OBS stream lag only on Destiny 2!!?

Destiny 2 Beta does not support game capture so I use Window Capture to stream it. Long story short, whenever I stream Destiny 2 via Window Capture, my stream constantly faces lag spikes and stutters continuously. At first I thought maybe its my connection, but my bitrate (currently 4000) and ping is absolutely fine. Then I tried confirming this by streaming Player Unknown Battlegrounds via Window Capture, and it seems completely fine??? I have no idea what the problem here is guys, but I've been waiting so long to stream Destiny 2, so if you could enlighten me on this and suggest a potential fix, it would be much appreciated. So far I have tried, Reducing FPS through OBS, reducing bitrate, reducing resolution, none seem to be working, so I guess this issue has to do with destiny 2 specifically. I have attached the log file to this thread.

My PC specs are:

i5-3570k (3.40 GHZ)
AMD RX480 8GB

I would really appreciate some support here from a developer and this thread seems to be getting ignored. I have even changed encoding to x264, im getting the same stuttering issue during stream. I have updated the log file for today's stream. Here is a youtube video I uploaded today showing this stuttering throughout my game in Destiny 2.

Hey @Shiiishkebab

What is your bitrate set at? I had similar issue with 5k that I was using, so I pushed it up to 6k at 720p 60fps and got good output.


-Edit: Note that my setup is a two pc with rtmp server between. My second computer would receive the stuttered stream on my default settings. Changing bitrate just on my gaming computer to rtmp fixed issue and my streaming pc remained at 5k bitrate.
