I have attached my one log for reference.
My streams are pixelated and I have screen tearing, main PC attached to the 4k60 pro via HDMI and my main display is asus rog Swift 1440p 144hz. Input of 4k60pro is at 1440p 144hz but when watching back my stream I have pixellation and screen tearing (but none on my main monitor) trying 1080p at fast present, x264 7000 bit rate

I7 7700k
gtx 1080ti
16gb ram
2nd pc:
Ryzen 7 1800x
gtx 1060
8gb ram
