OBS Stream Glitching When Moving My Mouse On Screen

When streaming on OBS my screen becomes very glitchy while moving my mouse around and occasionally typing

Happened toward the end of the log I posted.

I have updated my drivers, tried a different mouse, updated OBS and updated my system.... alas nothing has seemed to work for me.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

Your log shows a Logitech BRIO with a resolution of 2560x1440. The websites for the MX Brio and Brio don't list that resolution at all. Are you sure that's a supported resolution?
