OBS & Stream Deck TRANSITION Hotkey issue

Hello wonderful people in this Forum
I'm having issue withe stream deck...
The stream deck still work when selecting scenes. The stream deck doesn't allow me to transition when stream deck software is closed or minimized. Strange one
 
The streamdeck software has to be running for the streamdeck to work. Normally you can just minimize it to the system tray. It definitely should work when minimized though.
If it doesn't, reach out to Elgato Support, as this is a problem with their product (and they're the most likely to know how to fix it!), and is out-of-scope for here on the OBS support forum. :)
