OBS stops streaming randomly and freezes, after that im forced to closed it with task manager

as the title says, the upload bit rate that is displayed at bottom usually at 6000 kbps goes down to 0 right when this error happens, i tried restarting my router but yeah not fixing it, when this happens im always streaming my games i never get disconnected from my games so its an error with obs not with my network, i attached the two last log files, i got this error during these two files but im not expert in log files so i dont know, i need help

i think i uploaded the wrong files, these are the right crash files

updating: logi_obs_plugin_x64 might be the cause, i removed it and turned it off from the logitech G hub, going to update later if i keep crashing

update: ok im still crashing even after deleting the logitech plugin, the kbps in bottom of the obs is at 0 and obs is frozen
