Question / Help OBS Stops Streaming In The Middle Of Stream

Recently i switched from xsplit to OBS and my stream runs great but every 5 mins my streams cuts out and stops streaming then comes back after 5 seconds my bitrate and everything is good is there anyway to fix this ?
