OBS stops streaming after i automatically change scene with Advanced Scene Switcher

hello everyone. i set 2 automatic scene changes at 23pm and 4am every day. the 23pm works fine but the 4am one completely stops my stream. i saw the logs but it gives me a weird "adv-ss] detected busy loop - refusing to sleep less than 1ms" error.
how can i solve this issue?

At 4:12 your internet disconnected. This is not an OBS thing or something with your PC, it's a thing with your internet connection.

how can i configure obs to immediatly reconnect to the stream after i regain internet connection?
