Obs stops responding while streaming or recording for around 15 minutes

I haven't had this issue until recently when i started to use obs again. It just stops responding and shows 0kb after a certain amount of time even though the internet is just fine. And with recording it stops responding and freezes at the last frame it was at before it stopped responding. Here are the logs
