OBS Stops Recording at 16:03 or 16:04 mark for no reason

It's getting very frustrating as there's no indication that it's stopped recording so I'll spend 40 minutes recording a video only to realize it stopped at 16 minutes and I wasted half an hour of my time talking to nobody.

I've included two logs from today that were from the sessions that this happened in most recently.

Go to Tools > Output Timer
Untick Enable streaming Timer every time
Untick Enable rcording Timer every time.
