My stream crashes often when I stream league of legends. What happens is that I get a black screen for 5 seconds or so and then my video comes back and i'm able to resume league of legends just as normal(albiet, i'm probably dead) except my OBS has crashed and it stops responding. Below is the Event Viewer error.

This sounds like you are experiencing a TDR, you should check your drivers and GPU for stability. Once the GPU resets it is likely OBS will crash since it relies on having a working GPU.

I should've also said that i reecent upgraded my computer and upgraded everything besides my video card (besides my video card because i upgraded it a few months ago.) and this problem still happened with my old computer with the same video card.

Okay, so the problem is a TDR, what now? Is there anything i can do? Or do i have to replace the graphics card?

First, see if reinstalling the GPU drivers resolves the issue. Do a clean uninstall of them and then a clean reinstall. If that does not fix the issue, have the PC looked at by a professional.
