OBS "Stopping recording..." Glitch

(First off, sorry I couldn't link a log file, I am writing this on my phone with mobile data because my wifi is being a bitch.)

For some while now, OBS has been a real dickhead towards me whenever I record. I roll a dice with video quality. My main issue is a glitch that occurs after I finish up and hit the "Stop recording" button. I hit the button, and gets stuck on "Stopping recording..." . I click on it again, and actually stops at that point, but the final video comes out like a screenshot showcase. Simply frames from the video with the sound over it. (Or in the "better" case, extremely choppy like a PowerPoint presentation). My PC is nowhere near bad either, I run AMD Adrenaline as a graphics driver (if that matters), Windows 10, a Ryzen 5 3.60 Ghz processor, 8 Gb or RAM and have plenty of free storage. My only real issue is my wifi which apparently could mess with recording quality, but that is out of my control (Thank you Hungarian wifi providers for stealing my family's money with your "updated" package).
I also switched from recording from MP4 to FLV, but I am not sure if that matters.
One question: What can I do to stop this from happening again?

Hi XverzuszOFF, I too have the same problem, I too opened a discussion last month where I exposed the problem, https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/recording-does-not-stop.163510/ But it seems that this forum is left to itself. Sure people have lives of their own, but I saw another thread where they were exposing the same issue back in 2020, but it didn't get any answers. I'm afraid no one can help us. I use OBS only to record the Webcam that I use as a Facecam in the gameplay that I bring to my Youtube channel and I also use it to frame the steering wheel while driving on Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. Very often I find myself forced to cut the gameplay precisely because the recording does not stop on OBS with the result of having a corrupted video, I really don't know where to hit my head to get out of this disaster, I opened all the settings, but I couldn't find Nothing. My version of OBS is this 29.0.2, it came out a few minutes ago, I saw that they fixed something with the audio, but I don't know English, by the way sorry for the translation with Google, I can't understand what was it solved, certainly not the problem we have. I hope someone will help us, otherwise I'll have to abandon OBS for some more stable program, the problem is that OBS has no competitors, at least in Open Source programs.
