Hey I thought I'd post this because I'm yet to see anyone figure this out but since the new OBS update was released I noticed my recordings and streams would only last for 30 seconds I uninstalled OBS checked the Output Timer, changed recording settings stream settings ect ect. I then realised it only happened with Touch Portal open and in one of my scene transitions it had it to automatically stop the stream and recording after 30 seconds, before the OBS 28 update this was never an issue and only auto stopped when I pressed the button, but something must have changed since then so if you are having any issues with OBS recording / streaming and you have touch portal just delete out anything to do with auto stopping recording / streaming.
