Question / Help OBS stopped transmitting

i have been successfully using OBS for a couple months now. i usually have my mic disabled, and usually have all sound disabled. the other night i enabled push-to-talk and tried streaming with a friend and me talking to each other. when i was done, i noticed that my twitch channel was not streaming, and OBS was showing 0kb/sec

apart from changing my push-to-talk button i have not changed any other settings and continue to have this issue.

it is suddenly working for no apparent reason. i left it running for a bit and checked back and it's streaming.

Had this issue the other night. Restarting OBS fixes the issue.
