Hello ! First of all, let me apologize if I made any english mistakes.

Let's explain my problem : when I'm stream, my OBS always stop sending to twitch and is crashed, it means that I can click on others scenes or sources but it won't switch, but the app is not "crashed" because it keeps detecting my voice and windows sounds.
It happens everytime I stream and I don't understand why since my config is not bad ( gtx 960, i5 4590 , 16 gb ram ; ssd) and my internet connection is also very good.

Can someone help me? I don't have crashed report since I don't have any message, the windows stay like this until I close it manually.

Yes. Now you need to find the log (last log) where you was streaming and error occured (after Studio restart it should be the Last log from the Help menu).

Try to run Studio as admin, disable defender (just for test!) and if nothing helps, then maybe the link from the second post of the thread is realy take place.

Yeah, I've seen it but the reports where not exactly the same. Unfortunatly the advices of Suslik V didn't help so I'll just try to follow the few step in the Anniversary topic.

Thank you very much for your help !

Same problem for me after the last updates 0.16.1 and 0.16.2, the version 0.15.9 work fine

There is no OBS Studio 0.15.9. Did you perhaps mean 0.15.0 or 0.15.4?

Your log has thousands of lines of this error:
04:47:27.681: TS3: Socket: Failed to connect
I'm not sure if this is affecting you or not, but you should try to resolve that issue with TS3 or the TS3 plugin.

05:13:03.710: device_vertexbuffer_create (D3D11): Failed to create buffer (887A0005)
This error is typically indicative of an issue that seems to be most common on the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. You can read more about that in this thread.

I only have this problem with OBS Studio 0.16.1 and 0.16.2, I the old version of OBS (0.15.9) I never have this problem with more than 5 hours of stream at day.

If your solution is to return to an older version of drivers or windows, you are very wrong.
(very similar when Samsung drivers not update their computers and for this reason advised to people not to upgrade to Windows 10 instead of updating drivers).

As I said, there is no version of OBS Studio labeled 0.15.9. Did you mean 0.15.0 or 0.15.4? If this is an OBS Studio problem, we need to know when it was last working in order to effectively troubleshoot it.

The TeamSpeak 3 Plugin that you're using is unstable, as @adocilesloth said to you in that plugin's discussion thread. If you're having problems with OBS Studio with that plugin installed, my first advice is to uninstall that plugin until it becomes stable. After that, please re-test and post new complete logs so that we can analyze them and give appropriate advice.

I did not say the only solution was to return to an older version of driver or Windows. My PSA post did say that that was a possible workaround while the problem is investigated. I've spent weeks investigating the recent 887A0005 errors, and that post is the culmination and summary of those weeks of research. It may not be the 100% correct, but it is the most information that the community has to offer at this time.

Sorry, yes, is 0.15.4.

About the plugin if I have the problem again (now for now) I try to uninstall the plugin and test again. it may be the plugin. I just use it for a day in the old version.

I try to use longer and perform the necessary tests, thanks for your reply.

My friend has the same problem yesterday without the TeamSpeak 3 Plugin:

I too have the problem about 5 times (it seems that only happens with GTA V for now)
This is my log with the same problem:
https://gist.github.com/8f4a0ba795169bd7611d7b196d88b025
I never have this problem on OBS 0.15.4

In your friend's log:
23:36:25.162: device_texture_create (D3D11): Failed to create 2D texture (887A0005)
[...]
23:37:04.368: gs_texture_open_shared (D3D11): Failed to open resource (887A0005)

In your log:
22:50:17.303: device_vertexbuffer_create (D3D11): Failed to create buffer (887A0005)

All of those messages are possible signs of the Windows 10 the Anniversary Update issues which are mentioned in the thread that was linked earlier.

I'm not surprised that it only happens with GTA V, since the issue seems to be related to VRAM management. However, I am surprised that you never had this problem with OBS Studio 0.15.4, since most of the reports from other users that I reviewed are from 0.15.4. Have you tried this again on OBS Studio 0.15.4 since you noticed it occurring in 0.16.2? I'm pretty sure it will occur.
