OBS & Stereo Tool Plug in

Hi Troops :) I need to pull in the big guns here :)
Im running OBS on Win 10 64 Bit and I would like to use 'Stereo Tool' I've been told I need to download the VST2 Plug in and pop it into the OBS VST Folder, which Ive done but OBS cant see it when I try to add a filter, so this tells me I've done something wrong but I cant figure out what?

I'm getting closer... I had the plugins in the wrong folder. Now I can add Stereo Tool 64-bit, and it opens, and I have advanced audio set to "Monitor and Output" which now shows all the activity on the Stereo Tool app. But I'm not hearing the ST effected output. I'm just hearing the unfiltered plain audio....

I got sound with Stereo Tool processing! Not exactly sure how, just kept fiddling.
