Question / Help OBS Starts at 60 fps but after a few hours drops to 20-30

For the past several weeks, whenever I stream with OBS the streams start out at 60fps but after a couple of hours drop down to 20-30 fps and have a lot of dropped frames due to encoding stalls. Here is my log for my most recent stream

I've been streaming with OBS for 8 months now and I just noticed this beginning to happen recently. It doesn't matter if I lower the bitrate or my game settings, that doesn't seem to fix it. In the past I had been able to even stream some games at 1080p60 with low game settings but now I can't even properly stream 720p60 with low settings without frame rate issues.

and here is a link to a stream I did of a similar length, playing the same games at the same settings with the same obs settings except at a higher bitrate a few months ago. If you read the whole post, you would know that I already have done that and it doesn't solve the issue.

Did you cap your frame rate? If you are playing a game on low settings, that game can easily max out your GPU.

Yes the frame-rates are capped at 60 for all the games I play. I used to be able to stream with these settings no problem a few months ago and haven't changed anything about my pc but suddenly I can't anymore.
