OBS started randomly putting my KBS to 0

Hi, so basically I started streaming like few months ago and everything went well. But yesterday, when I wanted to stream again, my OBS was red and it showed me 0 KBs or sometimes it went above 4k-6k, but immediatelly back to 0 or lower hundrets. I don't know, what is wrong with it, cause internet works fine and before I started streaming I checked, if my internet is capable of it and the answer was yes. In League of Legends I have 18 ping, my upload on youtube is okay, download is also okay, speed tests are okay, my VPN is turned off, I am connected through cable, I tried to turn off my firewall and antivirus, I tried lower my Bitrate, although I knew, that shouldn't be a problem, because I used 8k Bitrate and everything was okay, but I tried it anyway and put it to 2k, but still it doesn't work. I also tried to change Twitch servers manually, but nothing worked. I run OBS as administrator. I might try to reset my internet and see, if it helps, but I am not sure about it. I would appreciate any help from you guy, cause I am desperate.
Here is my log:

EDIT: So I tried to reset my internet, it didn't work. I also tried to put my Bitrate to 500, which is nothing, and it didn't worked either.

Enable dynamic bitrate in the Advanced Network Settings and then check your log. It will show what the bitrate is adjusting to.
