Question / Help OBS started dropping frames, moved to a new state.

So, I used to stream all the time back in Texas without any troubles and I had the same exact internet that I do now. I now live in Arizona, and have 60 MBs download and about 6 upload, everything else internet related for me works flawlessly so there can't be a problem with my internet. I've narrowed it down to either being a problem with my OBS settings or the server I am running on. I am located in Tucson, AZ and I am running the San Diego, CA servers. Could anyone please help me with this? Here is my current OBS log - https://gist.github.com/2d405ff01ca1ae2abf2a

Yeah that's not suitable for streaming with at all. Call your ISP and tell them that your connection to Twitch sucks and provide them with that test result.

Talking to them now, hopefully I can get it fixed but I just don't know what they could do to fix it.

Edit: All they did was reference me to http://help.twitch.tv and told me there is nothing wrong with my service lol. WHY is this happening.

Figured out that it wasn't my internet, it is OBS. I downloaded XSplit and it seems to be working fine, no frame drops. Not sure what it is with OBS, but I feel like since the last update that's whenever it started.
