OBS start stream button - and nothing happens

Hi,
this is the first time I am experiencing this.
I have seen a thread about this issue but the solution for it doesn't help - I didn't have a line break inthe json file.
Also, OBS doesn't close when I hit the close button.
When I want to restart OBS, my PC tells me that it is currently running...
I need to stream content this Wednesday.
What can I do?

That is how is suposed to look unless you dont speak that language. About the other situation.. you said it wont close after hitting EXIT. That sound to me like memory issues... Be sure you have enough RAM and your computer have at least the minimum required by OBS.
