Question / Help OBS Start Steaming Error

Hello,

What can I do? I've updated the drivers and DirectX is updated and I have Windows 7.

Is it an Intel integrated GPU? Chances are it is not sufficient to run OBS, which is causing this error.

It's a Mobile Intel ® 4 Series Express Chipset Family.

Yeah, that is not supported by OBS, unfortunately. You need a GPU with proper DirectX 10 support
