When I have open obs without recording anything is consuming 25% of the power of my titan x pascal, I do not understand anything, could anyone help me? Thank you

Run OBS 64 bits (copy shortcut, edit and select proper binary)
As you don´t rescale in VIDEO, change LANCZOS to Bilinear.

Already make the changes, sorry for my ignorance but it is proper binary?
