OBS square keeps changing besides good GPU and internet connection

The OBS square keeps changing colors from green,red,yellow when it should be green all the time. Because I have good wired internet connection (600 Mbps download and upload) I set 6000 bitrate and it keeps dropping or changing.

Oh wow I did that program and the square is green now and it doesn't change. Apparently it's solved! Thank you so much
