Hi, I came here as a last resort (ironically enough).
I've watched nearly every video and read every online forum and article that would be helpful and have spent time doing numerous things.

I've watched nearly every video and read every online forum and article that would be helpful and have spent time doing numerous things.
When did things start going wrong:
- a few months ago my webcam just wouldn't display anything, but the mic from it worked so I was "okay" with it
- now my game capture doesn't work anymore
What isn't working:
- Game capture (full and specific window) and video capture device are showing a black screen
- Display Capture
- Desktop Audio and Mic/Aux from my webcam
- OS: Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit
- Current OBS version: 64 bit, Windows 7 (21.1.2)
- CPU: Intel i5-4590
- Mobo: ASRock H97M Pro
- GPU: Asus - Radeon R9 290X
- Webcam: Logitech HD Webcam C270
What I've tried:
- Fresh install of OBS 21.1.2
- Fresh install of Radeon Settings (v18.5.2)
- Updated BIOS
- Installing that AMD Encoder plugin from Xaymar
- Running as admin
- Compatability for Windows 7
