OBS Sound

I am looking for a method how to record everything (game, discord, or music). I do not want to record system sound like the sound notifications of an update and such. I have spent about a week googling. I have watched over 200 videos. They all keep talking about spliting discord and the game sound. I don't want to do that. I just want obs to ignore the system sound notifcations i get i dont want to hear a beep from windows system. How do i do that. Please give me a step by step guide to this.

Go into the sound settings of your windows and disable all system sounds.
All that keeps than is the sound of your open programs (game, discord,...)
