I want to have in-game audio only, is there a way to do that?

Can you be more specific? Are you saying you don't want to have mic sounds coming into your stream/recording? No video? No system sounds?

I am recording and i want only in game sounds and my mic.

So no video then? Only thing I can suggest myself is to put up an image file that covers over the game capture, and then using a second program to extract the audio from it. Not sure if there is a way to record sound only in a sound format within obs.

What other sounds are you getting then? System sounds? Just go into your volume mixer and turn those off. It is best to stream/record with everything off except what you need.
