Question / Help OBS sound and view problem

Hello, I seem to have a problem where I can't hear my voice after recording, nor can I view the video i have just recorded unless I upload them to YouTube and play them back of which I then cannot hear my voice. How is this fixed?

Use VLC for local playback.
