Question / Help OBS sound and Capcard sound on diff outputs.

After spending a week tweakign OBS I had OBS outputing tis sounds to the front speaker output and game sounds from the elgato card to voice meter aux, I went through alot of trail and error changin defaults around a couple times then changing app sound output via win10 setting/sound/advanceaudio.

I had to reboot the comptuer the other day and now for the life of me I can not get OBS to output separately than the game, its not as easy as you think just using custom audio output in OBS capcard properties dose not work, you have to go through a few extra steps as far as I know.

Anyway after trying to fix it for 3 hours I give, I managed to get all, game,winamp music, soundeffect and mic all on their own audio track, so I can post to youtube,ect minus mic/music/sound effect and minus music/chatbar. But thats besides the point, is there a correct way to lock capcard to one sound output and obs to another?
 
I figured it out after acouple more reboots, audio hardware was acting up echo acoustic cancellation was wonky so I rebooted and tried acouple more things. vmbanana aux input needs to be set to default the rest will switch to and stay in their separate sources/outs/whatever.
