Hey guys. I really dont understand whats going on. I have my settings set to where sometimes it will stream perfectly, and sometimes it wont. By sometimes I mean some days. When its NOT working well, obs goes crazy saying high encoding and drops frames like crazy in spikes. Simple right? no matter how low I put my bitrate it says the same thing. When this happens, the frames on stream stop for an amount of time that doesnt seem to have a pattern. Heres a log. http://pastebin.com/qdeDYNeW
Thanks for any help

Its probably your cpu which cant handle the game and the stream. Its a bit weird, that superfast still let the encoding let go crazy. Maybe try and set your fps to 30 veryfast is normaly the best set for a decent stream. But if its still say to high encoding something else is wrong

Windows 10 and OBS is sort of lol currently. I have to run all my games in Windows 8 compatibility mode in order to get rid of massive stuttering issues when streaming. In-game is fine, but stream is a stuttery mess.

@FaHu, I tried doing what you suggested. I put the fps down to 30 despite it normally working wonderfully at 60, and I even lowered the res grossly low. VeryFast was disgusting, and superfast was the same as before. I uninstalled + reinstalled, same problem if not worse. I have no idea what im doing wrong.

@raindeeers, I didnt think of that being a possibility. I dont have win 8 but its whatever.

Im just not going to even bother. I got literally no viewers for the month that the stream miraculously worked good and its not something I want to put that much effort into when other streamers can sit there with their chest hanging out and pull in thousand dollar donations. Thanks for the tips guys
