First of all, I would like to apologize for any typographical errors as English is not my first language. So I have the problem that my OBS freezes for 1-5 seconds from time to time, mostly 2 times an hour. I've tried many things, such as reinstalling OBS, turning off hardware acceleration and uninstall the Streamelements plugin. I'm really starting to despair because I can't find a solution to the problem, so I hope that someone might know a solution. I would also like to make it clear that it doesn't just happen when I stream or record, it also happens when I only have OBS open and it shouldn't be because of my hardware because the load is relatively low. I use the OBS version 29.1.1 and the Streamelements plugin.
Hardware:
CPU - Intel Core i7-12700F 2.10 GHz
RAM - 32GB
GPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
Windows 11
