Question / Help OBS sometimes drops framerate to 12-15 fps

Hey,
I mainly use OBS for recordung Minecraft and at first it all worked just fine, but one day it started happening that when I hit the record button, or even in preview mode, the frames drop from 400-500 to 15 at its best. This doesnt happen always but most of the time.. Its not that my PC is to weak or smth like that because sometimes I got good framerates. I hope somebody can help me because I'm really frustrated right now...

PS: after restarting the computer several times it works again sometimes

nope still there... I feel like its a problem with java because as soon as I start recording the world struggles to generate aswell...
