OBS Sometimes does and sometimes doesn't record the same app

So i have been trying to record a Super Mario 64 video on the emulator "Project64" and renamed the scene to know that was the one that had the Project64 window capture. But sometimes OBS records Project64 and the next day it just acts as it didn't exist. I tried everything from restarting OBS and Project64 multiple times to changing settings on my computer but nothing seems to work. It seems to just randomly work and not work. I don't think it's just random, and there must be a problem here but i couldn't find anything about it.

What capture method do you have selected in the properties of the window capture source?
