Bug Report OBS software only capturing 2-10 seconds of the video.

So I just downloaded OBS to help me record Minecraft videos. It works, except that OBS only captures 2-13 seconds of the video record.
So you know, I am using a Toshiba Windows 10 PC.
Does anyone have an answer to this problem?
