Question / Help OBS slowed on any game

hi everyone i have been noticing now since i got two monitors
low fps on my OBS, not the game
i have
Sabertooth 990fx
AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 455 Processor
12gb of ram
geforce GTX 650ti SS
same my obs slow down and plus hogging my cpu up badly

If you don't want OBS to slow down and hog up your CPU, you shouldn't change the x264 preset to something that is unrealistic for your computer to be able to handle. Change the preset back to veryfast.
